Fitness Tip: Enhancing those Triceps after weight loss

Getting and keeping those arms in shape after major weight loss can be a challenge for some individuals. Since I have lost over 70 pounds, I need to ensure I keep my body in shape and maintain my new figure. One thing I do to work the arms is the triceps movement.
