Fitness Tip: Enhancing those Triceps after weight loss

Getting and keeping those arms in shape after major weight loss can be a challenge for some individuals. Since I have lost over 70 pounds, I need to ensure I keep my body in shape and maintain my new figure. One thing I do to work the arms is the triceps movement. International Day of Yoga Message

I love to keep fit and do various exercises to maintain my size 6. Going from a size 24 to a size 6 can be daunting and filled with many highs and lows. I am so grateful that I love myself enough to stay with the fitness routine and to keep moving forward. June 21 is designated at International Yoga day and since I do yoga exercises daily, I though it was appropriate to do a quick video on the benefits of yoga to help in your fitness journey.
